Methodology

Our practice centres around the basis of gaining workable data and information before the process of strategic planning. This provides purpose and aim to each research exercise rather than blind reporting alone. Using information from research as a base, we lead into strategic review and planning with our clients, followed by a translation of key strategies into action plans to be cascaded their organisations.

Ethics

We believe in gathering research data before making assumptions on strategic initiatives and structuring plans for each client. This means that sometimes we deliver bad news that our clients may not like to hear. However, we remain commited to the truth but also strive towards seeking solutions for improvement.

Principles

We centre our work on keeping solutions simple, what can be achieved relatively quickly and effectively will be recommended rather than long drawn engagements yielding costly infrastructural deployments. We recycle rather than discard existing work already in place for greater efficiency. While that requires more effort on our part, it supports faster delivery for our clients.
